Return Policy
At Hash Wholesale, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. We also accept gently used products within 30 days, but those are eligible for store credit only.
Some items are not returnable, including samples and sale items. The original shipping fee won’t be refunded either.
If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll send you a return label and ensure you get what you ordered in perfect condition, but we don’t offer refunds for damaged items.
To exchange an item, we’ll send you a store credit once we process your return. You can then place a new order with the credit. All returns must be received within 30 days.
Here’s how to return an item by mail:
- If you are in the United States, visit our return portal and follow the instructions.
- Internationally, contact us at [email protected] or call (555) 555-5555 for assistance.
- Pack your return items carefully in the original packaging and include the invoice number on the outside.
- A return shipping label will be provided through our return portal, but a $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund. You can choose your own shipping method, but we recommend using a trackable service.

We process returns in the order they are received and will contact you when your return is complete.
International Returns
Hash Wholesale does not provide return labels for international orders. If you’re returning or exchanging an item from outside the US, you’ll be responsible for all shipping costs.
